We stand behind the functional quality of our products. Eligible PORT&LOTUS purchases are covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty against qualifying functional defects from the original date of purchase.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers functional defects that affect the normal use of your bag, including:

• Zipper failure

• Broken handles

• Broken or detached straps

• Hardware failure

• Manufacturing defects affecting normal functionality

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches, stains, fading, or other cosmetic changes

• Damage caused by misuse or overloading

• Accidental damage

• Improper care or storage

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

• Lost or stolen products

Minor variations in color, texture, grain, or finish are not considered functional defects.

How to Make a Claim

Please contact our Customer Care team and provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the affected area

• A short video if needed to demonstrate the problem

Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.

If Your Claim Is Approved

For qualifying warranty claims, we may provide:

• A replacement product

• A comparable replacement if the original item is unavailable

• Another appropriate resolution

In some cases, the affected product may need to be returned before a replacement is issued.

Please contact us before returning any product.

Warranty Period

Coverage lasts for 6 months from the original purchase date.

Replacement products do not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
